Hi, I’m Charlotte.

I offer compassionate, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming counselling support for individuals and families navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, burnout, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation.

​

My approach is grounded in creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with themselves in meaningful and sustainable ways.

​

Drawing from somatic-informed practices, mindfulness, nervous system education, and strengths-based counselling approaches, I support clients in building emotional regulation, self-awareness, resilience, and self-trust.

I am especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and families through affirming, relationship-centered care that honors diverse ways of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world.

Together, we’ll transform uncertainty into opportunity — so you can not just survive change, but truly thrive through it.

Wellness retreats offer a space to step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with yourself through rest, reflection, community, and nervous system support. Rooted in compassion, mindfulness, and meaningful connection, these experiences are designed to support healing, personal growth, and sustainable wellbeing.
